Luck 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out here:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on Luck 777 at luck777.run.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a player's account at any given time, separate from any bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds credited to an account that carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the Luck 777 website, games, services, and all associated software accessible via luck777.run.
• "Player" or "User" means any person who has registered an account on Luck 777 and uses the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to real withdrawable cash.
• "Verification" means the identity confirmation process in which Luck 777 requests and reviews a player's CNIC or other documentation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on Luck 777.

2Eligibility

To use Luck 777 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck 777 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where underage use is suspected.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal use, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, account restriction, or cooling-off period currently active on your Luck 777 account.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your location. Luck 777 does not provide legal advice — it is your responsibility to check your local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Luck 777 or any of its game providers, unless Luck 777 has provided prior written consent.

3Account Registration

When registering an account on Luck 777, you agree to the following:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on Luck 777. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or devices) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, OTP, PIN) confidential. Luck 777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
• Verification: Luck 777 may at any time request that you verify your identity by submitting a copy of your CNIC and other documents. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in account restrictions including withdrawal holds.
• Account transfer: You may not transfer, sell, or share your Luck 777 account with any other person. The account exists solely for your personal use.

4Deposits

Luck 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposited funds are held in your account balance and are available for immediate play.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. Some payment methods may carry higher minimums — these are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing using a payment account or card that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited within seconds under normal network conditions. IBFT and card deposits may take 1–4 hours depending on the processing bank.
• No deposit fees: Luck 777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit fails but funds have been debited from your payment account, contact Luck 777 support immediately with your transaction reference. Do not attempt the same deposit repeatedly, as this may result in duplicate charges.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Luck 777 are processed in PKR to your registered payment accounts. The following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification. Unverified accounts must complete CNIC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal to same method: Luck 777 applies a "withdraw to source" policy where possible. Your withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
• Processing times: Verified account withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay within 15–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers within 1–4 business hours. Card withdrawals within 1–3 business days.
• Active bonus restriction: If a bonus is currently active on your account with outstanding wagering, your real money balance remains withdrawable but the bonus credit and any bonus-generated winnings are not available for withdrawal until wagering is complete. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. Your original deposit amount (less any real-money losses) remains your own.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 100,000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members as set out in the VIP programme terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

All Luck 777 bonuses and promotions are subject to individual terms. The general rules below apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credit carries a wagering requirement (WR). The WR is the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before it converts to real cash. For example, Rs 5,000 bonus at 20x WR requires Rs 100,000 in qualifying bets.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots generally contribute 100%. Crash games typically 50%. Live casino table games 10%–20%. Poker 20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within a specified period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus credit and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically. Luck 777 does not extend bonus expiry periods.
• One bonus at a time: Only one deposit-based bonus may be active on your account simultaneously. Free spins and cashback rewards operate independently.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or round is Rs 2,000 (or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower). Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and bonus winnings being voided.
• Bonus abuse: Luck 777 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them, and to suspend accounts, where patterns consistent with bonus abuse are identified. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses, low-risk or hedged betting strategies during bonus play, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Promotion changes: Luck 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Promotions page.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Luck 777 are supplied by third-party certified game providers and operate under those providers' own game rules, which are displayed in each game's paytable or information screen. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Luck 777 does not intervene in or modify game outcomes in any way.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages set by the game provider and certified by an independent testing laboratory. Individual session results will vary significantly.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. Luck 777 is not liable for any alleged winnings from a malfunctioned round.
• If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed in your browser and the result recorded on the Luck 777 server, the server record is the authoritative result.
• Luck 777 reserves the right to void any bet or win that results from an error in game software, incorrect odds display, or any technical fault not caused by the player.
• Live casino game rules are determined by the game provider's dealer and software. Decisions made by live dealers are final unless an error is confirmed by the provider's game management team.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Luck 777. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using multiple accounts on Luck 777 in any form.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or extract the source code or algorithms of any Luck 777 game or platform component.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software designed to count cards, predict outcomes, or otherwise gain an advantage beyond normal gameplay skill.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution with Luck 777 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Luck 777 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Luck 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage use.
• Patterns consistent with bonus abuse or systemic exploitation of promotions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes lodged with payment providers.
• Self-exclusion requests from the player or from a third party with legal authority to request it on the player's behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance resulting from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any balance derived from legitimate play prior to the breach will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after investigation, at Luck 777's discretion.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@luck777.run. Voluntary account closure does not forfeit a positive real money balance — it will be returned via the last registered withdrawal method.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Luck 777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game titles, artwork, interface design, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Luck 777 or its licensed game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to use this intellectual property outside of normal use of the platform for personal gaming purposes.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Luck 777 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the Luck 777 brand, name, or logo for commercial purposes or in any way that implies an affiliation or endorsement not authorised by us.
• Game titles and their associated trademarks remain the property of their respective providers. Luck 777 uses these under licence.

11Limitation of Liability

Luck 777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Luck 777 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from interruptions in service, technical faults, third-party payment processing delays, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming services are restricted or prohibited.
• Our maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of that player's real money deposits made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

Luck 777 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at luck777.run/privacy-policy.

• We collect the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, deliver promotions, and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We share data with payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services only to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

13Responsible Gaming

Luck 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all players in their account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Increases take 7 days to take effect. Reductions take immediate effect.
• Session time limits: Notifications after a session duration you specify yourself.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session popups showing your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account deactivation from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with immediate effect. Self-excluded players may not re-register under any new identity.

14Dispute Resolution

2. Step 2 – Escalate: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, request escalation to the Luck 777 complaints team in writing via email. Include your original complaint reference number.
3. Step 3 – Final Review: The complaints team will conduct a full review and issue a final decision within 14 days. This decision is binding on Luck 777 and the player for disputes valued under Rs 50,000.

Luck 777 does not engage in disputes raised directly with payment providers or third parties before our internal process has been completed. Chargebacks raised before completing the internal dispute process may result in account suspension and debt recovery action.

15Amendments to These Terms

Luck 777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page at luck777.run/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top.
• Where changes materially affect player rights or obligations, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the Luck 777 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date by contacting support.
